SEZ, EOU and MOOWR Compliances
- Coordinating with project team at initial stage to get relevant clearances.
- Coordinating with developer for executing lease agreement and to fulfil required compliance.
- Coordinating with Authorised Officer/Specified Officer/Development Commissioner for getting clearances.
- Obtaining Letter of Approval (LOA) & Letter of Permission (LOP).
- Providing the sector relevant details to SEZ Authorities for getting clearances.
- Obtaining registration under Manufacturer and Other Operations in Warehouse Regulations (MOOWR).
- Annual Permission of subcontract activity.
- Business specific approvals and requirement.
- Amendment in Letter of Approval (LOA) and Letter of Permission (LOP).
